FAQ
Do all versions have a camera? The 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz versions include an HD camera; the standard version is a camera-free automatic feeder. Night vision is on the 5 GHz version.
What size pet is it for? It suits cats and small-to-large dogs fed on dry kibble. Choose 4 L for smaller households or 6 L to refill less often.
Does it keep working in a power cut? Yes — fit 3 D-cell batteries as backup and the feeder keeps to its schedule if mains power drops (Wi-Fi features need power).
Is there a monthly fee? No. The app and all of its features are free to use.

Returns
- Return Period: 30 days after receiving your item.
- Eligibility: Items must be in original condition, unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
- Return Process: Contact suport@skyepets.com to start a return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Damages/Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards.
- Exchanges: Return the item for a refund, then place a new order.
- EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Right to cancel/return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition with receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds: Processed within 10 business days after return approval. Contact us if not received within 15 business days of approval.
